Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and field visits (if required).
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services.
Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demos for potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, HR, Delivery) to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare reports, proposals, and MIS on business development activities.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
