Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, messages, and online platforms.
? Counsel students about available university programs, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes.
? Guide students throughout the entire admission process -- from enquiry to enrollment.
? Maintain strong product knowledge of partnered university courses and admission policies. ? Coordinate with university partners to ensure smooth processing of student applications and documentation.
? Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets set by the management.
? Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM or Excel trackers.
