who can help grow our client base, build strong relationships, and represent the agency with professionalism and passion.
Role Overview
As a
Business Development Executive
, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the agency's growth pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, understands digital marketing basics, and is eager to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking channels
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients
Understand client needs and pitch relevant digital marketing solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations
Maintain and update CRM/lead-tracking systems
Build lasting relationships and ensure strong follow-ups
Track market trends and competitor activities
Support the founder/team during client meetings and onboarding
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (agency experience preferred )
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand and explain digital marketing services
Confidence in approaching clients and managing conversations
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
Good at networking and developing business relationships
Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, performance ads, branding, etc.
Experience with CRM tools or sales automation platforms
