to lead our growth in the
HoReCa segment
(Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Caterers, QSRs, Institutional Buyers). This role is perfect for someone who understands the food & beverage landscape, has strong on-ground relationships, and thrives in high-growth, target-driven environments.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for acquiring new HoReCa customers, managing key accounts, driving repeat business, and ensuring strong product visibility and adoption across the market. The ideal candidate is well-networked, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and onboard new HoReCa clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, QSRs, Caterers, Canteens, Institutional Buyers)
Maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, F&B heads, and other key decision-makers
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Ensure regular order flow and drive product penetration across assigned accounts
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms within company policies
Coordinate closely with internal teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) for smooth execution and service delivery
Conduct market visits to track competitor activities, market trends, promotions, and pricing
Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit norms
Prepare and share weekly/monthly performance reports
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of the HoReCa landscape and local market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into sustained revenue
Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with field work
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to manage objections and close deals confidently
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or any discipline)
3-8 years of experience
in HoReCa/B2B sales (preferably FMCG, beverages, food industry)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
Existing network in HoReCa is a strong advantage
