Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits.
Visit
schools, colleges, and institutes
for tie-ups and partnership opportunities.
Arrange and conduct
seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions
.
Handle
admission and registration processes
, including counselling students/parents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, educational partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients or admissions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/target goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely feedback to management.
Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/records regularly.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and field campaigns as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Education industry experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and counselling skills.
Comfortable with continuous field work.
Ability to manage seminars, presentations, and large student groups.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Reporting).
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
