Job Description

We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to overall revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a structured approach to sales, and the ability to understand client needs while presenting suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, research, and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online platforms. Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions aligned with company offerings. Maintain and update the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and reporting. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers. Work closely with internal teams for proposal development, pricing, and negotiations. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and targets. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (B2B preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple leads simultaneously. Basic understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is an advantage. Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and travel (if required). Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications



Experience working with SMEs, corporate clients, or enterprise clients. Knowledge of industry trends or target sectors. Prior experience in B2B events, membership sales, consulting, or services.
