Business Development Executive (Third-Party Pharma Sales)


Brooks Laboratories is seeking a Business Development Executive with

3+ years of experience

in domestic

third-party (P2P/Contract) pharma manufacturing sales

. The role focuses on driving revenue through new client acquisitions across India.

Key Responsibilities



Business Generation:

Identify and onboard domestic pharma clients for third-party manufacturing (injectables, tablets, capsules).

Sales Strategy:

Plan and execute sales initiatives to achieve revenue and volume targets.

Client Management:

Lead outreach, presentations, negotiations, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Coordination:

Work closely with Production, QA, and Regulatory teams to ensure smooth order execution and compliance with GMP/Schedule M.

Market Insights:

Track market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements



Experience:

Minimum 3 years in third-party/P2P pharma manufacturing sales (domestic market).

Education:

B.Pharm/B.Sc.; MBA preferred.

Skills:

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities; proven target achiever.

Travel:

Must be open to travel across India.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
