Proven experience as a telecaller or in a related sales or customer service role.
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using telecalling software, CRM tools, and other relevant technology.
Ability to handle pressure, work under pressure, and motivate a team.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and prepare reports.
Fluency in required languages is often necessary
