We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our Business Development team. The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and assisting in closing deals over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a desire to grow within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company products/services.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant solutions effectively.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and client interactions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle queries and provide information about the company offerings.
Work closely with the Business Development Manager to align sales strategies.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
High School Diploma / Graduate degree preferred.
Proven experience as tele caller or similar sales/customer service role is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in a positive way.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluency in Marathi, English, Hindi depending on the target market.
