Job Overview:
We are seeking a
motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the company's overall growth through effective communication and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, and social media outreach.
Promote company services (IT Training & Placement Programs) to potential clients and candidates.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, colleges, and students.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discussions to showcase company offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotional events, and branding activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and confident personality
Basic understanding of marketing and lead generation processes
Comfortable with client meetings and fieldwork within Pune
