We are looking for a smart and dynamic Business Development Executive with prior experience in a digital marketing company. The role requires strong knowledge of digital marketing services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate business opportunities while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Responsibility Deliverable:
End-to-End Sales Ownership:
Own the complete BD cycle from lead generation to cold calling, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
Lead Generation:
Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients using outbound mailing tools, CRM, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and cold outreach strategies.
Pitching & Presentations:
Craft compelling sales pitches tailored to client pain points. Confidently present and articulate agency offerings across digital services.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Client Engagement:
Build long-term strategic relationships with decision-makers across industries.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the strategy and delivery teams to ensure alignment in client onboarding and expectations.
Reporting & CRM:
Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and deal progress in CRM systems. Provide regular reports on pipeline status and projections.
