Understand client needs and align them with suitable
Financial offerings

Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the
CRM system

Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the advisory/sales team to enhance conversion rates.
Achieve and exceed defined
weekly and monthly targets
for calls and lead generation.
Requirements
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Graduate degree
in any discipline (preferred).
2-3 years of experience
in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, or client engagement.
Prior experience in a
business advisory or financial consulting firm
is an added advantage.
Candidates from the financial sector are preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage senior professionals.
Basic understanding of
government subsidy schemes and international trade
(training will be provided).
Proficient in
MS Office
and
CRM tools
