Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our Nagpur team.
The role involves interacting with parents, understanding their child's learning needs, and guiding them to choose the right courses. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and passionate about education.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential parents via calls, WhatsApp, and video interactions.
Explain course details, benefits, and structure clearly and engagingly.
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Work closely with operations and academic teams for smooth student onboarding.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
6 months - 2 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development (experience in EdTech preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
Confident in handling parent interactions.
Goal-oriented with good organizational skills.
