Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for connecting with potential learners, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable online programs. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, education, and career guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with students and professionals via calls and emails Understand their academic background and career plans Recommend the right upskilling programs to meet their goals Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets Track all leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system

Who Can Apply

Fresh graduates looking to start a career in EdTech sales Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Self-driven, eager to learn, and target-oriented

Eligibility

Graduate or MBA (any stream) No prior experience required - freshers welcome
