Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Manage outbound and inbound calls with international clients related to Medicare, DME, and Genetic testing services, effectively generating and converting leads.

Build and maintain robust business relationships while identifying new opportunities for expansion and revenue growth.

Provide consultative solutions tailored to client healthcare needs and facilitate smooth processing of orders.

Accurately maintain records of client communication, follow-up activities, and deal closures using CRM tools.

Consistently meet or exceed performance targets in sales, conversions, and customer satisfaction, qualifying for monthly incentive plans



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
