Job Description

Your Responsibilities Will Be:



Own the Pipeline:

Proactively find and qualify your own leads from scratch (cold calling, networking, research, etc.). You will not be dependent on a lead-generation team.

Expert Communication:

Initiate and manage all client communication, from the first contact to high-level discovery meetings.

Consultative Selling:

Understand client business needs and clearly present how HiDigital's digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.) can solve their problems.

Presentation & Pitching:

Create and deliver professional, persuasive sales presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers.

Close Deals:

Lead contract negotiations and successfully close new business deals to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Grow the Business:

Be a key driver in increasing HiDigital's market share and overall business growth.

Must-Have Qualifications:



Proven Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of successful sales or business development experience.

Digital Agency Background:

Must have prior experience generating sales and delivering growth specifically for a Digital Marketing, Advertising, or IT services firm.

Self-Sufficient:

A verifiable track record of self-sourced lead generation and end-to-end sales cycle ownership.

Digital Fluency:

Strong working knowledge of core digital marketing services (SEO, Social, Paid Ads, etc.).

Excellent Skills:

Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.

Results-Driven:

A high-energy mindset focused purely on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
