Business Development Executive (BDE)

who can connect with couples, understand their vision, and help them choose us to be a part of their big day.

Role Overview

As a

BDE

, you'll be responsible for handling leads, scheduling meetings, presenting quotations, and most importantly --

converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

You'll represent the brand's warmth and professionalism while ensuring every client feels heard, valued, and excited to have us document their story.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and follow up with all client inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and phone. Schedule and conduct client meetings at our Borivali West office. Build a genuine connection with couples -- understand their story, vibe, and wedding vision. Share quotations and present our services in a personalized, convincing way. Proactively follow up with potential clients to

close deals

and achieve monthly targets. Collaborate with the internal creative and operations team for a smooth booking process. Maintain an organized record of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM tools. Represent the brand with passion and positivity at all times.

What We're Looking For

Freshers or graduates with a flair for communication and relationship-building. Excellent spoken and written communication (English & Hindi). Confident, outgoing, and passionate about weddings and storytelling. A natural at sales conversations -- persuasive without being pushy. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge and understanding of social media.
