Position Summary:-
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven sales expertise and specialized experience in the translation industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their 5+ years of sales experience and 2+ years of translation industry knowledge to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and strengthen market position.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales:-
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across various industries including automotive, legal, financial services, healthcare, technology, and pharmaceutical sectors
- Generate qualified sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, trade shows, and digital marketing channels
- Develop and manage comprehensive sales pipeline with accurate revenue forecasting and reporting
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with demonstrable KPIs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:-
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients and decision-makers
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored translation solutions
- Manage client expectations while consulting on best practices and industry standards
- Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate cooperation status and identify expansion opportunities.
Sales Process Management:-
- Prepare, present, and deliver compelling proposals and quotations to prospective clients
- Lead sales meetings and presentations with C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Follow up on quotations and convert them into actual projects
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Strategic Planning & Reporting:-
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Participate in sales strategy development and business planning initiatives
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Required Qualifications Experience Requirements:-

with consistent track record of meeting/exceeding targets

- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in service-based industries

- Proven ability to secure and maintain high-value enterprise accounts
Education & Certifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business, or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA) preferred but not mandatory
- Professional sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are advantageous.
Industry Knowledge:-
- Deep understanding of translation and localization industry dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape
- Knowledge of translation technologies, CAT tools, and industry-standard processes
- Familiarity with various translation specializations (legal, medical, technical, financial, marketing)
