Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify new potential clients (foreign importers and Indian exporters).
Client Communication: Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls; schedule meetings and maintain pipeline.
Proposal Support: Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, and project proposals.
Coordination: Communicate with sourcing and logistics teams to ensure timely information sharing.
Market Research: Analyze industries, competitor activities, and trade patterns to support BD strategies.
CRM Management: Update and track all leads and interactions accurately in Zoho CRM.
Client Support: Handle routine client queries, follow-ups, and maintain high service standards.
