Key Responsibilities:



Identify and connect with prospective students/parents through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Counsel and guide teachers/students about courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities. Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively pitching our educational programs. Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the education industry. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or higher education sales is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
