. The role involves visiting dealers, distributors, and project clients, promoting products, and achieving sales targets while expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.
Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, and project clients regularly.
Promote and sell electrical products (such as cables, switches, lighting, panels, etc.).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure timely order execution.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new trends.
Handle customer queries, quotations, and payment follow-ups.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and travel updates to management.
Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, invoicing, and after-sales support.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical (preferred).
2-6 years of sales experience in the
electrical or related industry
.
Strong dealer/distributor network knowledge in Maharashtra.
Willingness to
travel extensively
within the state.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
