About the Role:
KPS Construction Civil and Interiors is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our team at our Experience Center in Pimple Saudagar. The ideal candidate will engage with clients, present our interior and construction solutions, and help expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and interact with walk-in clients at the Experience Center.
Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
Present our construction and interior design services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the design and operations teams for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Presentable, confident, and goal-oriented.
Background in interior design, architecture, or construction sales is a plus.
