Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for market research services.
Respond to inbound leads and client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Qualify leads, identify client needs, and propose relevant market research solutions.
Nurture relationships with potential clients to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the business development and research teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the inbound sales funnel.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (experience in market research/consulting is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and map them to tailored solutions.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
