Key Responsibilities
The specialist will drive platform usage and customer insights through the following core duties:
Campaign Management:
Design, launch, and optimize automated marketing and email campaigns using the platform's tools.
Journey Optimization:
Map and refine the full Customer Lifecycle and Journey--from onboarding through renewal and upsell--to ensure a cohesive experience.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Coordinate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams
to align platform strategies with broader business goals.
Training:
Provide training and documentation to internal stakeholders on platform best practices and system features.
Reporting:
Develop and maintain robust reporting dashboards on critical KPIs, including retention, engagement, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
2-5 years of professional experience
in sales & marketing operations, data analytics, or platform administration.
Technical Proficiency:
Mandatory high proficiency with
Advanced Excel
for complex data interpretation and reporting, and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
Soft Skills:
Proven
client coordination
experience and
excellent verbal and written communication
skills are essential for training and stakeholder collaboration.
Flexibility:
Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and possess a
readiness to travel
