We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1-2 years of experience who is driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions or services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-2 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
