We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Business Development Executive

to drive growth through strategic partnerships. The role involves:

Establishing and maintaining tie-ups with

colleges

for student engagement programs. Collaborating with

companies

to onboard them onto our website. Building relationships with

skill development companies

to enhance learning opportunities. Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company's network. Conducting market research to identify potential partners. Negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements. Developing and executing business strategies to meet company goals. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships. Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies. Representing the company at industry events and meetings.

Requirements:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Prior experience in business development is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
