Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, seminars, and online platforms to achieve admission/enrollment targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
Conduct career guidance sessions, presentations, and timely follow-ups with prospective students.
Design and implement effective counseling strategies to improve student conversions.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, leads, and conversions.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to align admission strategies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business development targets.
Requirements:
