We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients through cold calls, networking, social media, and market research.
Generate qualified leads and set up client meetings.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Act as a point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
3. Sales & Business Growth
Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM systems.
4. Market Research & Strategy
Research competitors, market trends, and industry opportunities.
Share insights with management to improve offerings and strategies.
5. Team Collaboration
Work closely with the sales & marketing teams to align strategies.
Participate in training, events, and client meetings.
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, and local languages).
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
