We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Business Development Executive
to expand our customer base, build partnerships, and drive sales growth. The role involves identifying business opportunities, promoting products, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities to generate sales and increase revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients (corporates, event planners, cafes, hotels, and bulk buyers).
Promote seasonal cakes, festive hampers, and customized cake services.
Work on tie-ups with corporates, schools, and event organizers for bulk orders.
Collaborate with marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and social media activities.
Maintain records of leads, sales, and customer interaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Commerce or related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Pleasant personality with customer-focused approach.
