We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) for B2C sales. Your role will involve reaching out to individual customers, understanding their needs, and promoting relevant products/services. Responsibilities include lead generation via calls, social media, or in-person interactions, explaining product benefits, handling objections, and closing sales. You'll maintain follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to meet targets. Prior experience in B2C sales (retail, edtech, real estate, etc.) is a plus. A bachelor's degree and basic computer skills are preferred.
