:
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Flybed Home, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to drive business expansion activities. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, supporting franchise expansion, and contributing to the long-term growth of Flybed Home.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Expansion & Partnership Development
Support BDM in executing the "One City - One Partner" franchise model.
Identify potential franchise partners in target cities and regions.
Conduct initial discussions with prospects and schedule presentations with the BDM.
Handle the incoming prospect/ leads, follow-up
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
2. Lead Generation & Relationship Management
Generate and qualify leads through networking, market research, and social media platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, architects, interior designers, and builders.
Maintain regular communication with potential franchise partners until closure.
3. Market Research & Analysis
Research market trends, competitors, and potential regions for business growth.
Provide insights to the BDM on expansion opportunities and challenges.
Track performance of existing franchisees and report findings.
4. Sales & Revenue Support
Support franchise partners in understanding Flybed Home's product portfolio.
Coordinate with the Sales/ Showroom team for order execution when required.
Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly business development targets.
5. Branding & Promotions
Support in executing marketing and promotional activities for expansion.
Represent Flybed Home in exhibitions, events, and meetings with potential partners.
Share digital platforms, product catalogues, and promotional content with prospective clients.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of all leads, discussions, and closures in CRM/BD tracker.
Share regular progress updates with the BDM and Management.
Ensure all agreements and documentation are completed in line with company policy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
2-5 years of experience in Business Development/Franchise Development/Channel Sales (Furniture or Home Interiors industry preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.
Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
Age: 23-35 years preferred.
Location Preference: Candidates residing on Western Line (Mira Road to Dadar).
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Sunday: Fixed Off
