Job Title: Business Developer Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 - ?30,000/month (Based on skills and experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth through strategic sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and online research Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients Present company products/services to prospective clients and close deals Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and events Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development Background in Sales/Marketing or IT field preferred Understanding of digital marketing services (as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, etc..)and agency workflows is highly preferred MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong presentation and persuasion skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
