This role focuses on driving business growth by acquiring new clients, onboarding villa partners, and building long-term relationships within the luxury hospitality space. It requires strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a passion for travel and client engagement.
Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with prospective clients including villa owners, travel agents, influencers, and corporate groups.
Generate and convert leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
Maintain CRM records with accurate lead status and follow-ups.
Coordinate with villa owners for onboarding, documentation, and listings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Gather property details, pricing, images, and terms for listing optimization.
Conduct sales calls, virtual and in-person meetings to present offerings.
Negotiate terms and close high-value villa listings and partnerships.
Collaborate with guest relations, content, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and guest preferences.
Maintain trackers, contracts, and deal logs, and share regular sales updates.
Requirements:
Graduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
2+ years of experience in business development or sales roles within hospitality or luxury travel (preferred).
Passion for luxury travel, hospitality, and client interaction.
