We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support our
loan syndication vertical
. The role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships with financial institutions, and facilitating the syndication of loans for corporate or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of banking, finance, and credit analysis, along with excellent communication and negotiation skill.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new corporate clients in need of term loans, working capital, or project financing.
Understand the financial requirements of clients and prepare detailed financial proposals.
Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to syndicate loans.
Support in structuring, negotiating, and closing syndication deals.
Maintain a strong relationship with lenders and update them on ongoing mandates.
Monitor and track market trends in lending, interest rates, and competition.
Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, compliance) to ensure timely execution.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and lenders as needed.
Maintain MIS and reporting on business development and pipeline status.
