Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B or solution-based sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential business opportunities in sectors like construction, procurement, and B2B services.
Pitch digital platforms such as
Shared Machine
,
Shared Procure
, and
Shared RMC
to decision-makers.
Conduct online and in-person client meetings, product demos, and solution presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and onboard new clients successfully.
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and progress in CRM tools.
Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for management review.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate degree or
MBA in Marketing
(preferred).
2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, solution sales, or business development roles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, CRM tools, and sales pipelines.
Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
