Job Description

Own and drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and converting qualified leads into long-term clients across eCommerce, D2C, and startup sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Lead Generation & Outreach



Identify and connect with potential clients (D2C founders, eCom brands, SaaS startups, etc.) via LinkedIn, cold email, events, referrals. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads across Shopify development, performance marketing, and creative services. Run outbound campaigns using CRM and tools like Apollo, Instantly, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
2.

Sales & Pitching



Understand client needs and pitch tailored service solutions (website builds, CRO, ad campaigns, etc.) Present detailed proposals, case studies, and growth plans with support from the internal team. Coordinate discovery calls, take briefs, and ensure smooth handovers to execution teams.
3.

Client Relationship & Deal Closing



Follow up with prospects, handle objections, and build long-term trust. Negotiate and close deals with clarity around scope, pricing, and timelines. Maintain regular communication with converted clients for upsells and referrals.
4.

Market Research & Strategy



Track D2C trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to refine outreach strategy. Collaborate with marketing to align lead gen efforts with content, events, or campaigns.
5.

Internal Coordination



Work closely with project managers and founders to ensure the scope of work matches delivery capacity.
Keep CRM/lead tracking dashboards updated with accurate notes and stages.

Requirements



1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in an agency or startup environment)

Monthly qualified leads added Discovery calls booked Proposals sent Deals closed (value and volume) Revenue generated from new accounts Upsells / cross-sells from existing accounts Understanding of D2C, eCommerce, or Shopify ecosystem is a big plus Strong written and verbal communication skills (pitching, emailing, handling calls) Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with ownership Bonus: Experience using Notion, Asana, CRM tools, or sales enablement platforms

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
