Job Summary:
We are a fast-growing recruitment agency seeking a proactive and experienced
Business Development Executive
to expand our B2B client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for approaching companies, pitching our recruitment services (IT & Non-IT), and securing tie-ups for bulk and senior-level hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential client companies for recruitment tie-ups.
Meet HR professionals and decision-makers to pitch our recruitment solutions.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Present our hiring capabilities -- from freshers to senior-level roles, IT & Non-IT.
Finalize agreements and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill client requirements.
Maintain records of client interactions and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of
B2B sales experience
(Recruitment/Staffing firm experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Willingness to travel locally for meetings.
Proven track record of achieving business targets.
Knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
Preferred:
Experience in recruitment, staffing, or consultancy firm.
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or relevant field.
