Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in the food industry and HORECA segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and driving growth across the HORECA channel by promoting our premium range of food products.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and expand relationships with key HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, caterers, food service institutions).

Identify new business opportunities within the HORECA channel and convert them into revenue.

Understand customer needs and present appropriate food product solutions.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to meet sales targets.

Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new market opportunities.

Conduct product presentations, demos, and tastings for potential clients.

Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Maintain detailed reports of client interactions, sales pipeline, and progress.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.

Key Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in the food industry (specifically in the HORECA segment).

Proven track record in managing and growing key client accounts.

Strong network of HORECA contacts is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Passion for food, market knowledge, and awareness of food trends.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, or related field.
