We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a decent understanding of the creative/branding/communication space and a knack for building meaningful relationships with potential clients. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, identifying opportunities, and driving growth for the agency.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients across industries
Pitch Procreate Branding's services with confidence, tailoring proposals to client needs
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and update CRM systems regularly
Represent the agency in meetings, presentations, and industry events
Stay updated with market trends, competition, and client needs

Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development/sales in a creative/design/digital agency
Basic/essential understanding of branding, design, marketing, and communication solutions is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident in client-facing roles, including pitching and presenting
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a proactive problem solver
Strong organizational and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, CRM tools
