Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote and sell our Retail POS (Point-of-Sale) software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation through cold calling, telephonic conversations, and field visits. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, and telephonic outreach.
Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients in the retail sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable POS solutions.
Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure timely closures.
Maintain a detailed record of all sales activities in CRM or other reporting tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Persuasive and confident in approaching new customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems (preferred).
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in software sales or retail tech sales is a plus.
Compensation: 3 LPA + Field Travel Allowance + Incentives
Travel:
Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings and field visits.
