Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is 70% focused on new business development and sales, and 30% on after-sales customer support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Sales (70%)
Identify and approach potential B2B clients through calls, emails, visits, and networking
Understand client needs and pitch relevant services or solutions
Give presentations, product demos, and build customized proposals
Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers and procurement teams
Maintain accurate records in CRM software
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
After-Sales Support (30%)
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services or products
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction
Handle minor complaints or requests, and escalate issues when necessary
Support clients with documentation, reports, or service-related updates
Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals
Key Skills Required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confident in negotiation and deal closing
Knowledge of B2B sales processes and CRM tools
Basic Excel and report handling skills
Ability to manage both sales goals and customer satisfaction
