Role Overview
As a
Business Development Executive
, you'll spearhead our growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing prospects, and collaborating with our delivery teams to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. You'll focus on pipeline-building through targeted outreach and strategic networking, then work hand-in-hand with our sales specialists to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Research and identify potential clients in target industries
Execute cold-calling, cold-email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Cultivate referral partnerships and attend virtual industry events
Qualification & Discovery
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, budgets, and timelines
Assess fit against Maestloper's services and qualify opportunities
Collaboration & Proposal Support
Work with Sales Executives to craft customized proposals and pitch decks
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to strengthen our value proposition
Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho CRM/Pipedrive)
Track touchpoints, next-steps, and forecast deal stages
Relationship Building
Nurture long-term relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups
Serve as a brand ambassador--articulate our services, case studies, and success stories
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of B2B lead-generation or business development experience, preferably in digital marketing or agency services
Proven ability to generate and qualify a pipeline worth ?5-10 Lakh+ per quarter
Strong communication skills--confident on the phone, video calls, and in writing
Self-starter mindset with excellent time-management and organizational skills
Comfortable working fully remote with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office
Preferred Skills & Tools
CRM proficiency: HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive
Outreach tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailshake, Lemlist
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom/Teams, and basic proposal/design software (e.g., Canva, Google Slides)
Understanding of digital-marketing service offerings and industry trends
