Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new leads through
CRM systems, social media platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
Engage in
cold calling, email campaigns, and in-person client visits
to build a healthy sales pipeline.?
Develop and present customized
proposals, quotations, and solution demonstrations.

Conduct
on-premise and virtual meetings
to understand client requirements and recommend the right IT solutions. ?
Drive the complete
sales cycle
-- from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and contract signing ?Ensure
timely follow-ups, payment recovery, and renewals
for sold solutions. ?
Collaborate with
technical teams, pre-sales, and delivery
to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, opportunities, and sales activities using
CRM tools
(Zoho / Salesforce / equivalent)
?Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements:

3-5 years of
proven experience in selling IT solutions and services
in B2B or enterprise environments. ?
Experience in
lead generation, cold calling, proposal writing, and contract negotiations
?Strong knowledge of
CRM tools
(e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and digital sales channels. ?
Ability to sell solutions like
Virtual Desktops (Citrix/Accops), Data Backup (Veeam/Carbonite), Cloud, CRM/ERP (Zoho/Odoo), Cybersecurity.

communication, presentation, and client relationship-building
skills ?Strong
negotiation and closing abilities.
