Key Responsibilities:
Connect with 80+ working professionals daily via LeadSquared CRM
Understand upskilling goals and suggest programs
Conduct counseling via phone/video/in-person
Meet daily and monthly enrollment targets
Drive end-to-end sales closures
Requirements:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Fluency in English & Hindi
Prior EdTech/sales experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?55,000.00 per month
