We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive in the event management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate and social event sectors.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
Conduct client meetings and confidently pitch the company's event solutions and services.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetups to build a strong sales pipeline.
Work closely with internal teams (production, creative, operations) to ensure delivery of client expectations.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and account management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in
business development or client servicing
within the
event management industry
.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
Willingness to travel frequently for meetings, site visits, and events.
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or Event Management preferred).

Pay: ?360,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year
