Key Responsibilities
:
Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach and inbound queries and nurture prospects through the sales funnel using persuasive techniques
Create compelling pitch decks and proposals
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and strategy creation for new clients
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends
Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor activities
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Attend in-person meetings for pitches
Requirements
:
1.5+ years of experience in business development for a digital marketing agency
Should have intermediate knowledge of digital marketing
Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and objection handling skills
Skilled in written and verbal communication in English
Ability to close deals and achieve the monthly sales target
Skilled in Microsoft tools and Google Docs
