, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales by effectively showcasing our platform's capabilities. This role is perfect for a candidate who is passionate about technology and education and has a strong background in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
? Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients including schools, universities, corporate training departments, and individuals looking for e-learning solutions.
? Sales Presentations:
Conduct detailed, engaging sales presentations and product demos, tailoring each presentation to the unique needs of prospective clients.
? Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
? Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Use a variety of strategies to generate leads, including cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and attending industry events.
? Negotiation & Closing:
Handle the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
? Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the e-learning industry to better position our platform.
? Team Collaboration:
Work with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for clients.
? Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
? Achieving Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing directly to the company's growth objectives.
Required Skills:
? Proven experience in sales, ideally with a background in technology, software, or e-learning solutions.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ? Ability to understand and meet client needs through tailored solutions.
? Experience in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
? Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
? Strong self-motivation, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently.
? Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
? Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and market dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
? Experience in SaaS sales, digital learning, or corporate training platforms.
? Understanding of the e-learning industry and its challenges.
? Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
? Previous experience working with educational institutions or corporations.
