Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Generate new wedding leads through online and offline channels, networking, and partnerships. Develop and implement a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets. Pitch Prayukti's services to HNIs, families, wedding planners, and destination partners. Prepare customized proposals and quotations aligned with the client's vision and budget. Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and client-first focus.
Client Servicing & Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients from enquiry to execution. Understand client expectations in detail and ensure flawless communication across departments. Coordinate internally with the design, production, and execution teams to ensure client briefs are translated into memorable experiences. Manage client approvals, changes, and expectations tactfully and timely. Provide on-ground support during key meetings, presentations, and events, if needed. Ensure high levels of satisfaction that lead to referrals and long-term relationships.
Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with creative and ops teams to ensure sales promises are aligned with deliverables. Build and maintain vendor and venue relationships to support efficient execution. Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, bookings, and updates using CRM tools.
Market Intelligence

Stay updated with luxury wedding trends, competitor activities, and pricing. Offer innovative ideas to enhance Prayukti's offerings and improve client value.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in wedding sales, luxury hospitality, or event management. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with fluency in both English and Hindi. A natural relationship builder with empathy, patience, and persuasive charm. Deep understanding of the wedding industry and HNI clientele expectations. Ability to multitask and manage tight timelines under pressure. Willingness to travel for events and client meetings, if required. Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Instagram is a plus.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. A diploma or MBA is a value add
