Key Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and other business development strategies. Schedule and attend client meetings to pitch recruitment services and negotiate terms of engagement. Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of services and maintain client satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, HR, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into successful partnerships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience in B2B sales within recruitment, HR consulting, or professional services. Knowledge of current hiring trends, market demands, and industry insights.
