Business Development Executive (BDE)
who can generate, qualify, and manage sales leads for our marketing services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to clients, understands consultative selling, and wants to grow in agency sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads via:
Calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Email
Inbound inquiries & referrals
Understand client requirements for:
Digital Marketing
Branding
Social Media
Performance Marketing
Website & Creative services
Conduct initial sales conversations and requirement discovery
Qualify leads based on budget, need, timeline & decision-maker
Schedule meetings with senior team / founder for final pitch
Regular follow-ups with prospects
Maintain lead data and updates in CRM / Excel
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and presentations
Achieve monthly lead and meeting targets

Final pricing & deal closure will be supported by senior management
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years experience in B2B sales / business development(Digital marketing or agency experience preferred)
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
Confident in calling and client conversations
Basic understanding of digital marketing services
Result-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
Comfortable with targets and performance tracking
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Daily outbound calls & outreach
Qualified leads generated per week
Client meetings scheduled per month
Follow-up and conversion support
Revenue contribution (supported closures)
Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ?20,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on experience)
